Enter Executive Session in accordance with MGL c.30A, purpose (2) to conduct negotiations with nonunion personnel and purpose (3) to discuss strategy with respect to litigation, Hootstein v. Amherst-Pelham Regional School Committee, because the Chair finds that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the litigation position of the Committee, with plans to return to open session.
